About Us

Work safe was started in 2010 by a group of professionals and people who were concerned with suffering of workers in unorganized sector and who believed in philanthropic ideas of social justice & Decent work agenda.

Occupational health services are available in only 10 % organized sector workers, where as 90 % Indian workforce belong to the small scale, medium-scaled industries, and a large organized sector. Workers at these workplaces are exposed to wide variety of hazards and risks. Lack of awareness, accessibility & affordability to occupational health & safety services has resulted in increased number of occupational disease and injuries.
